Terra Belle Âme works with a carefully selected group of vendors and fulfillment partners so we can offer a unique mix of clothing, jewelry, accessories, and special finds. Because items may ship from different locations, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Processing times may vary by item. Some products are made to order and may require additional time before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the shipping method available. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping when eligible.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Terra Belle Âme is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your order contains items from different fulfillment partners, you may receive more than one tracking number. This is normal and does not mean that part of your order is missing.

If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help.

International shipping availability may vary by item and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as some pieces are made especially for each order or shipped from different locations. Our goal is always to get your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible.
