Processing & Shipping Times
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item and the supplier fulfilling your order. Most orders are processed within a few business days, but some items may take longer.
Multiple Packages
Because some items are fulfilled by different suppliers, an order containing multiple products may arrive in more than one package and on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because your order ships separately.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs, when applicable, are shown at checkout. Terra Belle Âme currently offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more.
Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after an order has shipped.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Terra Belle Âme is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
International Orders
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
