We want you to feel good about your Terra Belle Âme purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
Please note: not all items are eligible for return. Return eligibility may vary depending on the product, supplier, condition of the item, and whether the item is marked final sale.
Eligible items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and have tags attached when applicable.

- Certain items that are not eligible for return under the supplier’s return policy
Because Terra Belle Âme works with different fulfillment partners, return instructions and return addresses may vary by item. Please contact us before mailing anything back. Do not return an item to the address on the original package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and reviewed. ✦
